About...
Ever since I was a kid, I've loved solving problems. It's like being a detective, driven by an insatiable curiosity. That curiosity keeps me on the edge of my seat and occasionally gets me into trouble. These themes have shaped my career, transforming me into the product manager I am today.
I'm Gina Danford, your go-to product manager and seasoned strategist. When it comes to a user-centric mindset, fostering collaboration, and delivering results, I'm your gal. With a consulting approach and a knack for strategic problem-solving, I've had the privilege of leading diverse teams to victory and delivering impactful products across many industries. I bring design thinking and market research principles to the forefront, allowing me to prioritize features and uncover what others miss.
Before I a PM, I was a business coach and trainer. I devised strategies to drive profitability and growth for clients like Colliers International, Marriott, and IBM. I facilitated workshops to optimize productivity and coached executives on the fine art of leadership excellence. I even dabbled a wee bit in UX design just to keep things interesting.
With my strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership skills, and a track record that makes a unicorn jealous, I bring a fresh perspective and transformative results to every organization I encounter. Want more details? Simply download my resume by clicking on the button below.
I'm looking for my next opportunity. I'd love to chat if you have an opening and want to shape the future. Let's turn challenges into victory dances.
...Me
...My Career
I live in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, where my life revolves around a captivating ensemble. There's my endlessly supportive husband, our extraordinary daughter, a surprisingly intelligent hamster (words I never thought I'd utter), and a fluffy crew of rescue dogs who've mastered the art of irresistibility. (Yep, my heart melts in the presence of four-legged cuties.)
As the weekend breezes in, you'll find me basking in the California sunshine as I gleefully hike, bike, or adventurously camp with the fam (doggos in tow).
Like many Moms, the weekend also brings my metamorphosis into a fearless crusader entering the sacred arenas of Target, Costco, or the grocery store. I dart through aisles with unwavering determination, devising strategies to emerge triumphant, my shopping cart overflowing with the spoils of retail conquest, i.e. food for the fam. Such is the momentous life in the illustrious Mom Lane.
